These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the website located at www.humblerebels.com and any pages that link to these Terms (the "Site"). By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version.

2. Site content and intellectual property

All content and functionality on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, video, downloads, and their arrangement (collectively, "Content") are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual‑property laws. You may view the Site and download or print one copy of Content for your own internal use only, provided you do not modify the Content, retain proprietary notices, and comply with these Terms. Any other use (including reproduction, distribution, adaptation, reverse engineering, mirroring or republication) requires our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Our names, logos and other marks are our or our licensors’ trademarks. You may not use them without written permission and you must not suggest endorsement or association.

3. Acceptable use; no scraping or AI training

Unacceptable use of the website includes, but is not limited to, the following:
breach laws or third‑party rights;
upload unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or harmful material;
introduce malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems;
collect, mine, crawl or scrape data from the Site, or copy Content to build a database;
use the Site or Content to develop, train, fine‑tune, or operate any machine‑learning or AI system (including retrieval‑augmented generation) without our express written permission; or
mirror or frame the Site or Content.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms are breached.

4. User submissions

If you submit or upload information to the Site (e.g., via forms, comments, or applications), you are responsible for its accuracy and lawfulness. You grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to use, store, reproduce and process such submissions for operating the Site, responding to your requests, providing our services, improving the Site, and meeting legal obligations. We may remove submissions that we reasonably consider unlawful or inappropriate.

5. Third‑party links and tools

The Site may link to or rely on third‑party websites, services or content. We do not control and are not responsible for third‑party sites or their terms and privacy practices. Use of third‑party sites is at your own risk.

6. No advice; disclaimers

Content is provided for general information only and is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or other professional advice. The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Site or Content will be uninterrupted, safe, error‑free or complete.

If you believe material on the Site infringes your rights, please contact us at info@humblerebels.com with details of the work, the location of the material, your contact information, and a statement of good‑faith belief that the use is not authorised. We will review and act where appropriate.

11. Governing law and forum

These Terms, as well as any non-contractual obligations arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in The Hague, the Netherlands.

12. Miscellaneous

If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms form the entire agreement for your use of the Site and replace any prior terms on this subject.
